Dr.Arturo Mora-Soto is Assistant Professor at the Software Engineering Lab at Carlos III University of Madrid. His research involves collaborative learning, Web technologies (specially Web 2.0), knowledge management (use, reuse, assessment & capitalization), data analysis, and process improvement, specially applying Six Sigma in the software engineering realm.

He has been working as software engineer as well as a university teacher in Mexico since 2002. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Celaya Institute of Technology (ITC), Mexico, an MsC in e-commerce as well as an MsC in Computer Science and Technology from Carlos III University of Madrid. Arturo is a Doctor in Computer Science from Carlos III University of Madrid.
